Memorandum of questions connected with the Evening Continuation Classes regarding which enquiries seem to be called for.
1. The classes that should be instituted in order to fulfil the objects of the Government.
2. The course of study to be pursued in each class,
(a) the portion of the subject to which special attention should be directed;
(b) the number of years the course should last.
3. The classes that should constitute each section
(1) Commercial
(2) Engineering
(3) Science.
4. The number of hours to be given to each subject (due regard being paid to the time necessary for the students to acquire a useful knowledge of the subject and to the time ordinary students can devote to it.)
5. The number of months the classes should meet in the year.
6. The time at which the classes should meet each year.
7. The engagement and payment of a qualified headmaster.
8. The engagement and payment of qualified class teachers.
9. The class-fees.
10. The expenditure for 1907-1908 and the prospective expenditure.
